"Red Scarf"

France Mitrofanoff works in Paris and has taught for 35 years at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs. She has exhibited all over the world an her  Art Studio is in the Mythical "Frigos" of Paris which are a hive of talented and varied artists.
